Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar thought that former President Olusegun Obasanjo would not complete his tenure, paving the way for him (Atiku) to become the President. This revelation was contained in a book written by a former Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai.
