WHO IS BETTER ABACHA AND OUR POLITICAL LEADERS

Gen Sanni Abacha died 15years ago and the country have not changed from what it use to be. Do you think the present leaders or government are better than Abacha. I still remember our economy is stable during his time and electricity supply is better than now or do u think am wrong about this? what is your view of Gen Abacha and his regime?
