Majority of the senators who voted in support of child marriage have demonstrated some of the character of found pedophiles and as such should resign. They cannot be entrust with matter concerning children again, nigeria should raise up against this group of terror in our senate.
A pedophile is define as psychosexual disorder in which an adult has sexual fantasies about or engages in sexual acts with a prepubescent child of the same or the opposite sex. Pedophilia is a type of paraphilia—a category of recognized mental disorders defined by unusual fantasies, urges, or behaviours that are recurrent and sexually arousing. In order for pedophilia to be diagnosed clinically these thoughts or behaviours must be present for at least six months and must cause distress to the affected individual or impairment of the individual’s ability to function socially or occupationally.
From the definition are we going to allow this senators to continue to deliberate to matters concerning our children. They are sick and should be refer to Psychiatric Hospital for immediate action. If they happen to find themselves in developed countries like USA, Britain or Europe, i am very sure senator yerima and his team will be welcome in prison and blacklisted from contacting or involved in anything that do with children.
Regeneration Youth of Nigeria kick against this act of dishonour senators and support their immediate resignations and prosecution.
